HHH: Best place in Helsinki center with sauna

Positive: Cozy, comfortable apartment in a nice building with an elevator. It is very close to the Rock Church, a large shopping mall, a transport hub, and the railway station. The apartment is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet, yet the main attractions are within walking distance. There are many small shops nearby, as well as Kamppi. The photos are accurate—no surprises. The host thoughtfully provided coffee, tea, spices, and even pasta and rice :) Cooking is convenient, there is a dishwasher, and it is pleasant to sit out on the loggia/veranda in the evening. This was our first visit to Helsinki—thank you. Negative: 1. We received detailed instructions on using the apartment, but there was no information on how to use the sauna. 2. Key pickup was inconvenient: based on the description and photos, you have to locate a hard-to-spot spot where the key is kept, situated 500 meters away from the apartment itself. It is difficult to find without a smartphone with internet access. 3. The windows are difficult to open for ventilation. 4. There is a very pushy, strict, and impractical requirement to remove shoes before entering the apartment. However, it is unclear where to leave them outside the door, which is inconvenient.
